The entire house has been renovated recently, including a chef's kitchen with an open concept and all the necessary equipment. Even a second refrigerator/freezer is located in the garage for your Costco trips (which are only 30 minutes away). The 8-person table and 4 seats at the kitchen island allow your entire group to dine comfortably indoors. The 55" Samsung Frame TV located in the dining/kitchen space ensures that you will not miss any of your favorite sporting events and shows. There is a separate family area, just off the dining/kitchen space, with a TV and comfortable seating. This ensures that you don't have to compromise on entertainment. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, a wall-mounted television, and a spacious shower. The downstairs is completed by a half-bathroom, laundry room and garage/storage area.

You can enjoy the shared balcony, which offers a view of intra-coastal waterway. This is a great spot to watch the sunrise every morning. The balcony is a great place to see one of the unique features of this property: a private intracoastal dock. Few properties in Florida provide both intracoastal access and beachside lifestyle. The dock has a built-in seat and is ideal for fishing, watching boats pass by or renting a kayak or paddleboard in the area to explore intra-coastal waterway.

The third-floor suite is a private, serene space with a queen size bed that overlooks the intra-coastal and its beautiful sunrises. The suite on the third floor also has a private lounge area, a wall mounted telescoping television, an ensuite bathroom featuring a spacious shower/tub combination, and a balcony with views of the intra-coastal waters. This beautiful vacation home is conveniently located near the Tampa International Airport, downtown Tampa and Clearwater. It also offers easy access to Dunedin and St. Petersburg. There are also many beaches and parks nearby. Visit the Clearwater Aquarium and interact with alligators. Shop and dine in Saint John's Pass. Take a sunset cruise along the Gulf of Mexico. The immediate area of Indian Shores Beach and Indian Rocks Beach is home to many excellent restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors. They also offer kayak/paddleboard rental services.
