Latitude Adjustment has 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, a private heated pool and plenty of room to spread out, perfect for families and groups of all ages.

This 1,777 square foot home blends fresh modern style with comfortable vacation living. The new kitchen features stylish cabinetry and new appliances, while both bathrooms have been refreshed with new vanities and finishes. Latitude Adjustment also offers a large laundry room, a new wash and dryer and an extra sink for added convenience. 

Latitude Adjustment's primary suite features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedrooms two and three share the second bathroom, complete with a convenient shower/tub combination.
