This adorable townhome is one of only a handful of townhomes in this complex, and you'll have access it's heated community pool. This Townhouse, with a relaxed coastal vibe, is just steps from the beach, the pool, Siesta Key Village and so much fun! This home is also part of our Property Manager Program, so one of our dedicated Property Managers will assist you during the entire reservation and vacation process. We are here to help you vacation the right way and ensure you have everything you need, including any recommendations or advice to help improve your vacation!This vacation home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, and comfortably sleeps 6. On the ground level you will find a 2 car garage, beach equipment, and a BBQ. The townhome is elevated and does require a few stairs to enter the home. The first level of the home features a large great room with vaulted ceilings that opens up the space perfectly! The great room contains the Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room and a Balcony. The fully stocked kitchen also has a large island with bar top seating for 3. The dining area has seating for 5 people as well, for a total of 8 persons. The living room is the perfect size with plenty of seating. The couch doubles as a Queen Sleeper Sofa in case you need the extra sleeping capacity. You can enjoy the TV with HDTV Comcast service, as well as WiFi throughout the home. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit.Up the stairs, you'll find the homes 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a King Bed, plenty of closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The 2nd Bedroom features 2 twin beds. Just off this bedroom, is the 2nd Full Bathroom.Just a short one-minute walk to the beach and you'll be enjoying the #1 Beach in the USA and #3 Beach in the World according to Trip Advisor. 2 Beach chairs are provided to guests to use at the beach at no cost. No need to carry your chairs to the beach here, this home also has a beach wagon and a beach cooler.The condo is literally located one street off of Ocean Boulevard, and it is just steps to Siesta Key Village where you can find top notch restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. There is a free trolley to this area, or we can help you catch a "Free Ride" on one of the "tip only" golf cart shuttles on the island.This property participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are Always included for your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility for every guest.Want to stay with us longer than 2 weeks? Great! We just ask that you coordinate a day and time with us so we can have an additional clean done during your stay. There is an additional cleaning fee required for this and we would be happy to provide you with a quote. If you want to have your linens and towels replaced during this clean, we can do that too, just let us know. We are passionate about maintaining our homes and keeping them clean so we appreciate your cooperation on this. We will require an additional clean for every 2 weeks that you are in our home.We provide starter package of laundry detergent and dish washer liquid.
