We OWN and manage our properties all located in Scottsdale so you will be working with the decision-makers and not a 3rd party management company. 6 of the 10 properties are walking distance from our home and the other 4 are a 10-minute drive from us. Because of this, we stay on top of managing and maintaining them. If needed, we can literally be at any of them within a few minutes.
