This Winter Park ski condo rental has 1,006 square foot unit is on the 3rd floor of the building and is a lovely 3 bedroom rental and in the upper corner of the building for additional privacy.
The living room area is nicely decorated with upscale furnishings, wood fireplace, TV and private deck with a view of the Fraser River.
Open to the main living room, the dining area has an art deco style that will seat 6 persons.
A fully equipped kitchen includes all large appliances, pots, pans, dishes and utensils; another nice feature includes lots of cabinets and counter top space.
In the master bedroom you can relax in a king bed, have access to an in room bathroom and wake up in the morning to access the private deck to enjoy coffee. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom in the common hallway closest to the living room. A Captain's bunk (double on the bottom and twin on the top) is in the third bedroom – great for children. The second full bathroom is accessible from the main hallway.

Bedding Configuration: King in the Master bedroom, 2 Twins in the 2nd bedroom, Captain's bunk (Double-sized bed on the bottom and Twin bed on top) in the third bedroom.
Amenities in unit: WIFI in unit, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service during the winter to Winter Park Resort via private bus; and the free town shuttle to downtown Winter Park.
Amenities on property: Close to all the shopping, restaurants and outdoor activities. The new recreation center has a small children's area with games, flat screen TV and furnishings. The large open great room has vaulted ceilings, pool table with table and chairs, small kitchenette. The main lounge area has expansive windows on either side of the gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. Adjacent to this area is a custom table and chairs for an area to read, play games or relax. Guests can also use the free Wi-Fi access at the computer station that also has a printer. The lockers room are equipped with lovely tiled floors, bathroom stalls, showers and lockers.
The main pool and spa area has been enclosed with large glass windows, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs and small sitting area with table and chairs. You may also access the large sundeck with comfortable lounge furniture and outdoor hot tub.
Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops in front of the Hi Country Haus Condominiums complex twice per hour.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Hi Country Haus Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.
Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.
3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.
16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.
Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.
A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.
The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
