Property Description

A very spacious Fraser Colorado rental property with 2 bedroom loft 2 bathroom unit has 1, 119 square feet of living space, an end unit with 3 interior levels and is a non-smoking and no pets condo.

The main living and dining rooms have new carpeting with comfort furnishings that face the wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV with VCR, DVD and free Wi-Fi access. You can access the private deck with mountain views from the living room.

The dining area offers a table and chairs with seating for 6 persons and additional seating is available at the breakfast bar for 2 with bar stools. In the kitchen, updated appliances and cabinets are accented with a tiled floor and beautiful counter tops.

The lower level master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that has been updated with new vanity and tiled floor with a queen bed. Also on the lower level, the second bedroom also has one queen bed. The second bathroom on this level has also been updated with new tile and vanity.
The third bedroom is great for the kids with three twin bed on is on the third level of the condo in the open loft that overlooks the main living room area.

Location: Building 14, 1st floor

Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, 3 Twins in the third bedroom, sofa sleeper in living area.

Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort.

Amenities on property: The Meadow Ridge complex is 5 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort and 2 miles from downtown Winter Park and on the free shuttle route. The clubhouse has an outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tubs, work out facility, steam room, racquetball courts, locker room, coin operated laundry, wireless internet access. During the summer months, there are several tennis courts to enjoy.
If you have the need for a small gathering or meeting, the clubhouse has meeting room space for rent.

Transportation: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops in front of the Meadow Ridge Condominiums complex twice per hour.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules at Meadow Ridge Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.

Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.

3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.

16.9% is not included in the nightly rates.

Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.

A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The final payment is due 30 days prior to the arrival date.

The home is non smoking and no pets allowed.
