Property Description

This tri-level townhome located in Winter Park Colorado is just delightful! Tons of light and a lot of square footage make this vacation rental ideal for families or singles looking for lodging that has a lot of space. The free town shuttle stops near the property for easy transportation when you don’t want to drive as well.
The main level of this Winter Park home includes a large entryway, one car garage, laundry room and bedroom with 2 twin bed and adjoining bathroom.
The second level boasts a large open floor plan with kitchen, dining and living room area showcasing incredible views of the Continental Divide. The large living room area offers a gas fireplace, flat screen TV and provides a great open space for everyone to enjoy. Access to the private deck with BBQ grill.
One of two master suites are located on the main floor along with a small powder room for everyone to use. The first master suite has queen bed with adjoining bathroom.
The upper level offers a secluded loft area, perfect for reading a book after a long day of play at Winter Park Resort or in the Winter Park and Grand County Area. Tucked away from the rest of the home, is a large bedroom suite with queen bed and large master bathroom on this upper level and offers a tranquil place to rest.
Amenities in unit: Free Wi-Fi access, flat screen TVs, washer/dryer, BBQ grill, 1-car garage, private deck, views of Winter Park Resort. NO AIR CONDITIONING. Currently there is NO HOT TUB.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.

Check in time starts at 4pm. All guest need to check in at 50 Village Drive, Winter Park CO 80482.
Guest arriving after 6pm, will need to contact us at 970-726-6200 to obtain the late check in instructions.

Check Out:

Check out time is at 10am.
Late check out requests are subject to availability and there will be an additional cost.

3 night stay except for Holiday and Spring Break.

Cancellation Policy

Any monies, once received are non refundable without the purchase of travel insurance.


A one night deposit is required at the time of booking.
