9 ft. ceilings, an open floor plan, and thick concrete walls for peace & quiet...NO NOISEY neighbors!! This condo also sports practical flooring, a free covered parking space, and designer upgrades throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a table for four. The comfortable living area includes ample seating with a flat screen television and access to an impressive balcony that overlooks the heartbeat of the area. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated and features a king size bed to give you that home away from home luxury. The adjoining master bath has a shower tub combination and granite counter top. The cozy second bedroom has a queen size bed, while the additional bath has an oversized contemporary shower and liberal granite counter top and storage. For your convenience, this unit has a stackable washer and dryer, internet access, and cable TV. Just below the condo is a safety crosswalk leading you to a charming beach access. The owners have also provided a beach cart, ice chest, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels to enjoy during your stay. Just bring your suits & sunscreen!

The condo is a part of the Madeira Bay Resort Marina & Spa which is styled with classic Mediterranean architecture and lush tropical landscaping. It features a heated pool, jacuzzi, full-service spa, covered parking, marina, direct access to the Gulf of Mexico, boat dockage & trailer storage (must be prearranged before stay), and waterfront dining at Latitudes Restaurant. The resort features picturesque views of the Intracoastal Waterway and overlooks a marina with an array of impressive yachts. The full-service day spa features massages, hair and skin care, manicures, pedicures, and Vichy shower. A 2,000 square foot function/conference room is available for rental and the perfect venue for your next meeting or a beautiful backdrop for a wedding.

-Property is self-catering. Only starter supplies provided.
-If you are bringing a boat...Guests can go to Madeira Bay Docs Inc and sign up for a boat slip. There is parking for a trailer. Only for boats up to 72' accepted. Slip rental is $11 per foot + electric.
-Dogs are allowed up to 15 lbs. $75 up to one week; $35 per each addt'l week, $180 per month.
-Breeds not allowed. Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.
-Dog Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
