You can voice control lighting inside and outside the cabin, control the thermostat and give Alexa voice commands to the TV. USB charging outlets are available in several rooms and you can play music in the main level bathroom by pairing your smartphone to the bathroom overhead Smart light/fan. This beautiful 2-story log cabin offers an open floor plan, cathedral ceilings and top amenities. The living room features plush leather furniture, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, a large flat-screen HDTV, and Blu-Ray player and high-speed Internet/WiFi throughout the cabin with full streaming capability and no buffering. The fully equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and an island bar with stools. The large family dining table seats 6 people comfortably. Enjoyed our stay very much. Only complaints I would have is that we could not get the air to stay set. No matter what you set it to it would automatically go back to 73 in a few minutes. Needs to be programmed where it could be set at different temperatures. Would set it on 70 and it would automatically go back to 73. And big light bulb on Back porch was out.

We loved the cabin, but there was 3 issues we had. 1. The cabin was equipped with a dish washer, but it did not clean the dishes at all, which we had to then wash by hand. 2. While trying to find a drying rack for the dishes that we had to wash, we discover the kitchen sink was leaking underneath. 3. The cabin showed a play set, which my 4 year was more than happy to play on, but we noticed that some rungs that a child would use to climb up in the play set were snapped off, thankfully the was another way for him to climb up into the playset. Over all we loved the cabin, loved the view (of all the trees) and loved the shade in the most perfect weather imaginable. Your staff was nice and polite. I recommend Timber Tops Cabins to any and everyone. We enjoyed the pool table and the multicade to the full extent. We hope to come down more often and stay in your cabins.

There were issues that would have made our stay more enjoyable Don't put cleaning products in the food pantry. Yuck. Replace the indoor. Athtub drains. There wasn't one in the jacuzzi. Vacuum didn't work Dryer doesn't work. Must dry 3 times

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The cabin was wonderful and met our expectations. There was a bit of miscommunication regarding the code for the entry gate and the procedure for setting the alarm and locking the door. It was quickly resolved and our stay was very pleasant.

Was disappointed that the hot tub had no chlorine and smelled bad when we got checked in after a long day of driving was looking forward to getting in the hot tub!! Called the next morning and had a repair man out super fast to fix it! Enjoyed it the rest of the week!!

Customer service at Timber Tops is always excellent! Thank you for expediting the repair to the alarm system at Black Bearry Hill! The gentleman (I didn't catch his name) was very curious and professional. The only things I would recommend is providing more towels, as I had to was them several times to get us through the week, and also repairing the swing in the front porch. I used it once with no problem but when I got up the armrest seemed a bit lose. Otherwise, great experience, as always!
