Looking for the perfect vacation in the beautiful Smoky Mountains? Well, look no further! 'Blessings' has awesome views with the privacy and seclusion you deserve. It's in Shagbark, a private community located only seven (7) miles from action-packed Pigeon Forge, and twelve (12) miles from Gatlinburg and the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Blessings' is a 3500 sq. ft cabin with 2 well-stocked kitchens; 2 great rooms with large flat screen TVs and gas fireplaces and 5 bedrooms - 3 large bedrooms, each with an electric fireplace and a 32-in, flat screen TV; a study with a new twin sized bed; a loft with a queen bed and 2 twin sleep chairs; a bunk room off the Lower Level bedroom; a game room with a 32-in TV, a pool table, foosball and a wood-burning fireplace; and an enclosed garage with a ping-pong table. There's plenty of room for everyone. The mountain views from both decks are spectacular!
Entry level of the cabin offers the first kitchen area with seating for (4) four, living area with sectional sofa sleeper (for additional sleeping accommodations), half bath located off living area, Queen bedroom with tv, electric fireplace, attached bath with a jacuzzi/shower combo, and sleeping alcove with twin bunk beds! There is also an outdoor deck with additional seating and hot tub perfect for relaxing after a long day sightseeing! Not to mention an enclosed garage with a ping pong table!
The second level up features the second kitchen area equipped with dual convection ovens, gas stove top, and stainless steel appliances, a dining area with seating for 10 (4 at the bar), as well as a bathroom with a walk-in shower off of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen, you will find a covered area with a gas grill. This level also offers a seating area with gas fireplace, tv, and deck access so you can step outside and take in the beautiful views from the rocking chairs! Three bedrooms can be found on this level. The first being a king size bedroom with electric fireplace, tv, deck access, and attached bath with jacuzzi/shower combo. The second with a king size bed, as well as an electric fireplace and the third with twin size bed and tv. The second and third bedroom share a hall bath with a tub/shower combo. The game room located on this level will surely be enjoyed for hours featuring a foosball table, pool table, tv, wood burning fireplace and a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations!
The uppermost level of the cabin consists of a loft bedroom with a queen size bed and two twin size sofa sleepers.
Guests are provided with a complimentary Luxury Pass offering a free ticket daily to several of the area’s most popular attractions such as: Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley’s Davy Crockett Mini-Golf, Rowdy Bear Mountain Coaster, Top Jump Trampoline and Extreme Area or Crave Golf Club. Not to mention unlimited DVD rentals! If that still isn’t enough to keep you busy don’t forget nearby Dollywood, the Island in Pigeon Forge, or Ober Gatlinburg!
Shagbark itself has miles of scenic walking areas, babbling mountain streams and fantastic mountain views in all directions. The Resort also has a community swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, and picnic area for guests to enjoy. Please check with guards at the security gate for information on the months and times these areas are available for use.
