Cabin was nice and had lots of spaces to have everybody at ease, with an amazing view. We loved having bedrooms separated from the main floor, as well as a game floor. the Games were great and kids enjoyed this space. We would have love that the rental lasts longer on Sunday than 10am as a weekend rental. We appreciated to have been given one more hour. We would have love more storage, wardrobes in the bedrooms, and jackets hanger in the entrance. The 3 queen beds are too much close to the ceiling and the small sleeping space is suffocating, we couldn't have our teen sleeping there.

We certainly enjoyed our family reunion in The Majestic, and it was the kind of cabin we were looking for. We wanted, however, to call out certain positives and negatives you may want to be aware of. Negatives: 1) Toaster not working (only half of one side worked), 2) no stove light, 3) dryer did not appear to work properly taking more than once to dry clothes (perhaps the dryer air outlet is clogged?), 4) Foosball table was missing the ball so we could not use, 5) spider webs all over... may want to clean up windows... 6) some of the dinning chairs are "sinking" ie. you sink when you seat, 7) hot tub next to room 1 appear to struggle to blow bubbles, 8) staircases are narrow...(not sure what you can do with that), 9) some light bulbs not working,, 10) kids accidentally stepped on a small scorpion in bottom floor (I didn't get to see it, and no one was hurt but that was freaky), 11) windows in the theatre were slightly opened when we arrived and where dripping from the rain... even though we closed them, I believe that there may be a leak from the top of the windows that may be noticed during rain. Positives: good mattresses, plenty of bathrooms, pool table ok but the cues need to re-tipped..., good BBQ and firepit area, good theatre room, plenty of fridge space, good response on trash pick up, great internet access and TV options, great bird sightings (even raccoons), and, of course, spectacular view! We can't expect that everything be perfect every time, but we hope this helps you for future guests. Thanks.

Overall the cabin was nice and the staff was friendly. The loss of one star was related to certain parts of the cabin not being clean when we arrived (namely the kitchen cabinets, kitchen sink, and main floor balcony), and because the cabin ran out of water on our morning of departure.

Excellent customer service. The ladies in the office were very helpful. The cabin was great, beautiful view! Two suggestions: The cabin will hold 21 people.However the largest skillet in the kitchen was only 6”. It made it difficult to cook breakfast for our party of 16. Also since every staircase is a spiral this needs to be mentioned in the cabin description. No problem for us, but could be impossible for some people.

Majestic is a lovely cabin in a beautiful setting. The kitchen was exceptionally equipped. Liked having a washer/dryer and ironing needs. Two dishwashers helpful. The theater room and other electronics were so useful. The cabin needs UPDATING. Some chairs broken, several TVs not working properly, no volume, many lamps not working, no light in hot tub, worn balcony furniture, broken games in game room. For an advertised luxury and at a luxury price, it was not.

Most everything went wonderful, except for the directions that were given to us incorrect three times. Complete turns and streets were left out of the directions three times. We finally got someone who was wonderful and really helped! Other than that, everything was really nice! If it wasn't for the directions and a few other small things it definitely would've been a five star experience! I feel bad even mentioning the directions, but I wanted y'all to know so it wasn't a problem with someone in the future. If it happened with the wrong person it could be a real aggravation and possibly cause y'all to lose a little money. Thank you for everything!

We had a great time at The Majestic. The cabin was as the pictures showed. Service and maintenance were excellent. Our biggest problem was that we ran out of water for our group of 16 two times.

I have used Timbertops for 7 years strong for my marriage retreats and I am always pleased. The cabins are beautiful and service is always friendly. My guests are always thrilled with the views and cabin amenities. This year everything went well with the exception of missing wash cloths and towels in some of the bathrooms. Someone from the cabin called and Timbertops responded quickly with a bag of towels. The cabin had an issue with the water pressure (no fault to Timbertops) and we called and received friendly and prompt service. We look forward to continuing to use Timbertops for many years to come for our retreats!

Our overall experience was great. We loved the view and house. The house having bathrooms for each bedroom was also wonderful. Just a few minor complaints, more trash cans needed outside & the spiral staircase to the 2 lower levels wasn't grrat with carrying luggage up or down. We loved the fact that linens and towels were provided as well as starter supplies. Thank you.

The work with Timber Tops was very good, and the people I worked with did a great job. The cabin was perfect for our group, but the material said it had an elevator, and I confirmed that with the office before we arrived and it did not, also the TV in the living area was not working for the last couple days of our stay, otherwise, every thing was very good

The cabin was beautiful and almost what we expected. We have often rented beach houses, but this is the first time we have rented a cabin in the mountains. It was so nice to have the complementary starter, bathroom towels hung in each bathroom and all beds made and ready for use. We enjoyed our stay overall! The large windows looking out over the mountains was amazing!!! You could see it from the main floor and the loft/game room area. We loved being able to travel straight to the cabin with the electronic entry system. That saved us much time going to your offices to pick up and deliver the keys at the beginning and end of our stay. Suggestions - more or larger trash facilities. The house was an eight bedroom with a capacity of 22 people, but we only had two (2) 30 gallon trash cans. When we left the house we had to leave a bag of trash inside the kitchen at the door as it wouldn't fit in the cage. I left a voicemail about that when we called to let you know we were out of the house. Another big surprise for us was the circular staircase. Maybe this is standard in cabins, but it was really tough to manage all our bags, etc. up and down those stairs. It would have been nice for us to know that going into the cabin. There was not another way to take the bags to the bottom two floors or up to the loft/game room without going on the tight circular stairs. We had a few elderly people with us that had problems managing the staircase. Had we known we may have continued looking for something with bedrooms on the main floor or a regular staircase.

It was a great experience. But some of the amenities were a let down and disappointing. 1). There was no cable box in the theatre room to watch the Super Bowl. 2). The Air hockey table was outdated and no longer works. 3). The Foosball table had broken components on both sides so we couldn't really enjoy.

Cabin was great layout Cleanliness was a disappointment. Trash, dirt, etc. Was in every corner that wasn't obvious, such as behind nightstands, etc. The place needs a good deep cleaning. Not sure if it has been reported, but the shower above br #5 leaks and water comes thru the ceiling. Not new as trim outside shower is moldy rotting.. This place needs some maint. Dealing with Timber Tops was easy and they are very nice.

There were several things broken when we got to the cabin. We are thankful for prompt service, but many of the problems should have been noticed earlier. The microwave doesn't turn so food burned, all can openers broken, one hot tub broken, and a barstool. Loved direct check-in. All staff were great, friendly, and helpful.

Make sure the cabin is ready for next guest.. Anything that is broken should be repaired or replaced .. Also guests should be aware of the narrow spiral staircases in The Majestic
