Splashing at The Bluff offers parking for five vehicles, a spa, multiple gaming tables, and your own private pool. This cabin offers an electric car charging station for Tesla and other electric vehicle enthusiasts! The entry level includes the kitchen, living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, a kids' room, and a washing machine and dryer. Enter the living room and you will be surrounded by comfort and relaxation. The room features calming gray tones, luxury armchairs and sofas, a stunning stacked-stone fireplace (gas), and large windows with expansive views of the Smokies. In the evenings, set the mountain mood by lighting a fire, reading a favorite book, and drinking a glass of red wine. As the morning dawns, enjoy a cup of coffee while you take in the breathtaking views as the sun rises above the majestic mountain peaks. The open concept leads you to the large kitchen with custom cabinetry and dark granite countertops. It's stocked with all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals. There's an island with additional counter space, another sink and a morning bar. Perfect for feeding the kids and keeping an eye on them. The dining area is located just off the living room and kitchen. It features a large, modern table with cushioned chairs. There are also benches for 10 people. The first lower level has 2 king-sized bedrooms, a twin bunk room, 2 bathrooms, a rec room and a swimspa! Swim in the 21-foot-long swim spa with jets, located in its own fully enclosed room. This vacation will be one you won't forget. It comes with a chaise lounge and windows that offer amazing views. After drying off, challenge your friends to play pool, or head down the hall to The Kids at Heart -- Zone (aka a bunkroom with a media room) where you can enjoy DVDs and Blu Rays on the 75" big screen HDTV, with a booming Bluetooth sound system, or take part in the fun mix of arcade, XBOX and air hockey. After you've won the game, retreat to one the bedrooms located on this level. The kids' bedroom, conveniently located next to the game room, offers 2 sets of twin bunks. The other two bedrooms will feature a HDTV and a King-sized bed. One bedroom will have an attached bathroom, while the other will have a Jack-n-Jill bathroom that connects just outside the Swim Spa room.

The second lower level includes a king-sized bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a sitting room with a sleeper couch at HDTV. There is also a twin bunk bedroom and a theater. Enjoy the thrill of the cinema in your own private home theater. The room is equipped with a big screen HDTV and surround sound. It also has 12 theater style chairs. You will find a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunks just off the theater. On this level, there is also a bedroom with a King-sized bed, HDTV and an attached bathroom. A hall bathroom is also available for your convenience.
