This 4th floor oceanfront villa has a separate bedroom with a king size bed (New May 2022), a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, combined oceanfront living room and dining area. Beautiful custom walk-in tile shower. Additional bedding for this condo includes a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There is a balcony located directly oceanfront off the living room which offers a panoramic view of the ocean. The Ocean Dunes, oceanfront pool is now a heated pool which will be open seven days a week all year long. The temperature will be set to 82 degrees, that is the industry standard. The pool hours are from 9AM till sunset. You'll find Ocean Dunes located on the south end of the island, along South Forest Beach Drive,just a short distance from Coligny Plaza. Ocean Dunes is an oceanfront property that is situated about 70 yards from the ocean. Each unit in Ocean Dunes has wireless internet service. Guests enjoy access to the Hilton's Oceanside bar and Grill and Starbucks.
