The Villas at Xanadu are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website.. Located on South Forest Beach Drive, Xanadu Villas is an approximate 5 minute walk to one of the nicest beaches along the beautiful South Carolina shoreline on the Atlantic Ocean. This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo is located on the top floor of the Xanadu Villa complex in Building A. The villa has a King bed in two of the bedrooms and a queen bed in the third. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom one has a private bath and there is a shared bath for bedrooms two and three as well as a powder room in the foyer.

**Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months**
