This year, host your annual Lake Tahoe trip at this pet-friendly Homewood vacation rental. Located just one block from Lake Tahoe and about a mile and half from Homewood Ski resort, this three-bedroom cabin makes an ideal summer or winter getaway.

The interior living space features large vaulted ceilings and over-sized windows inviting lots of natural light throughout. The main level floor space features an open living, dining and kitchen area that ensures everyone can stay social regardless of the activity. The fully stocked kitchen includes a gas range, stainless steel appliances and all the necessities for preparing family meals. The large living room features a cozy gas fireplace with river rock detail and opens up to a grand front deck perfect for al fresco dining on cool summer evenings. The main level also includes two guest bedrooms and a full bathroom.

The upper floor features a spacious Primary bedroom with a sky-lit walk-in closet, private back deck overlooking a peaceful and natural wooded setting and a large Primary bathroom offering a standing glass shower and large corner jetted tub. Just outside the Primary bedroom, a bonus loft comfortably sleeps two additional guests.
In the summer, this home offers private HOA access to the Tahoe Swiss Village HOA beach and pier.

Ever wanted to ride in a snowcat and get fresh tracks in the backcountry? Homewood Snowcat Adventures will get you access to 750 acres of train on the flanks of Ellis Peak, above the resort’s traditional ski area boundary with a licensed guide! For those wanting to venture further Palisades Tahoe is a 13-minute drive away offering endless fun all year round.

1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8 adults and 1 child (under 16).
2. Parking for 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Boat trailers must be parked in the driveway which can accommodate a 24' long trailer. Most marinas offer boat trailer storage, but availability can be limited. Ask a Tahoe Getaways agent for a referral.
4. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
