Westshore Town Centre, is about 2.6 km away, and is Langford's largest shopping area.  This includes the Brick, Winners, Sportchek, BC liquor store, Fairway Market, various restaurants and Cineplex Odeon Theatres.
Millstream Village, another main shopping Centre, is about 2.8 km away.  It offers the Market Grocery, Milestones Restaurant and various shops.  Across Millstream Rd are large national chains such as Home Depot, Best Buy and Sleep Country.  A like further up the hill is the ever popular Costco.

This is a 2 level home. The bottom level is permanently occupied. The garage is for owner use only. Your rental includes parking for two vehicles, on the left side of the driveway. The parking spot on the right hand side of the driveway is for the permanent occupant. There is limited street parking for any other vehicle in your group.

Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, Langford and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
