The kitchen is the heart of the home, a place to entertain, share a meal with family and friends, and in this open concept floor plan you'll will enjoy cooking and conversation. No details have been overlooked, from unique and plentiful cupboard space and drawers to designer fixtures.  

Uptown Oasis offers sumptuous furniture, grey plank flooring, carpeted bedrooms and smart TV's. Your cable package includes music channels and access to all your favourite streaming services.

Uptown Oasis is West Coast architecture that sits on beautifully landscaped property.  The location is easy access to the nature walk around Swan Lake;  or bring your bike and take a ride or walk the renowned Galloping Goose Trail.  The suite has bike storage and has the added bonus of parking for two vehicles. 

The location is excellent: a 5 minute walk to Uptown Mall, where you'll find Whole Foods, Banking, Restaurants, Boutiques and Walmart. A 15 minute bus ride, or 10 minute drive, takes you into downtown Victoria. There is quick access to Pat Bay Highway heading to the Ferry, airport, Butchart Gardens and the charming town of Sidney!  The condo is simply beautiful and the location is perfect for those who wish to be away from the hubbub of downtown but still close enough to access everything.
