The entrance courtyard houses the main house and the crofter. The garages and oceanfront rec rooms are located on the first floor of the main home. This level also has an egress to the beach. The next level is accessible via an elevator or stairs. It features a covered TREX wraparound porch that is bayed on the oceanside. It has seating for conversation, contemplation, and relaxation, as well as a dining set.
You can either take the spiral staircase up to the upper sundeck from here or go inside. This floor has crafted, custom details throughout. From the Cypress wainscoting, to the plank flooring, and original art, you will find every corner. This level features three bedrooms, including a spacious twin that makes use of the hall full bathroom.
