DOCKSIDE LANDING 2C - First level, two bedroom, two bath condo. This 924 square foot, first floor condo features two bedrooms and two baths on one level. The first bedroom has a queen bed and Roku TV. This bedroom has a private bath with shower only (no tub). The second bedroom has a queen and a twin bunk and Roku TV. The hall bath has a tub/shower combo. Amenities include community pool, lagoon with fountain, two docks for fishing, crabbing or launching your watercraft, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, and secure WiFi. Keurig and regular coffeemaker. Roku TV in the living room and both bedrooms. There;s a centrally located, community charging station for electric vehicles. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The ocean is just steps away. This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet. Please note: Golf carts are not allowed on the premises. All properties have pillows and bedspreads.Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL PROPERTIES ARE NON-SMOKING ANDNO PETS ALLOWED.
