Villa Fantasia 3 is our second four bedroom home. It has stylish landscaping with decorative lighting, also on a quiet street. Villa Fantasia 3 is also located in Oak Island Cove, one block from Villa Fantasia 2 and a block and a half from Villa Fantasia 1. "We can get you on Disney's property in under 5 minutes without going on a highway. How's that for close!"
The pool and deck area is fully screened. It features an in ground heated pool and a free standing 5 person hot tub which is always heated at no extra charge. The deck area has chaise loungers, chairs with ottomans, and a dining table protected from the rain with a ceiling fan above it so you can have dinner outside while watching an outdoor TV. You can cook that dinner on your own Propane BBQ Grill. We even have a pool-towel holder for your wet pool towels which we also provide. It doesn't get more relaxing than this.
Villa Fantasia 3 has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
2 Master bedrooms, each with king sized bed, private bath, and cable TV. 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds, cable TV, VCR/DVD Combo, one has a Playstation2 and the other has an XBox. These 2 bedrooms share a bath.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, pots, pans, dishware, glassware, tableware, utensils, and a side by side refrigerator with an ice and water dispenser. There is also a full size washer and dryer, and an iron, with ironing board, in the laundry room. We also provide a crib, high chair, booster seat and a double stroller at no charge.
The family room has a 27 inch TV, with cable, DVD player, VCR, and a Sony Playstation 2. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa. We also provide games for the Playstations and XBox and a video library with plenty of Disney movies and assorted other movies.
Villa Fantasia 3's fully finished, air conditioned, game room is absolutely beautiful! Meticulously decorated with a Hollywood Movie Theme it has an 7 foot commercial billiards table, a top of the line foosball table, an electronic dart board, Vegas Style Poker Chips with playing cards, chess, checkers, backgammon set, a cable TV, a stereo, with CD player, a love seat, and a computer with "High Speed" internet access at no charge. That's right, no charge! So you can check your email, find discount tickets, make dinner reservations, or get directions, it's on us. Whether it's raining outside, or if you are back from a long day at the attractions, you can play to your hearts content in your own private, air conditioned game room. No other rental homes can offer all that the homes of Villa Fantasia does. Every convenience has been thought of, and is at your fingertips. Adults, teenagers, or children, one family or two, this home, as our others, accommodates everyone. This game room "is not a garage with a pool table in it". It is a fully re-done room with separate air conditioning. It is always as comfortable as you want. Other homes claiming to have "game rooms" can't compare. All they do is put a pool table and air hockey table in a garage. There is no way to control the temperature. All of our guests have raved about our homes, especially the game rooms. It really is useful on rainy days or for evening entertainment. Using the computer with it's free internet access can save you a lot of time and leg work and you can keep in touch by checking your email. We put a lot of time and thought in the design of our game rooms. They are not just thrown together. High quality games and a comfortable atmosphere, what else could you ask for.

our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against
cancellation penalties and many other unforeseeable circumstances such as an

*$250 security deposit required, refunded 10 days after keys are returned, and home is checked for damage.
