This executive villa is a 1,816 sq. ft. luxury, single storey, spacious, four bedroom/four bathroom property built in 2004.It backs on to a dry retention pond so your are not looking straight out onto someone else's villa, and has a heated pool with extended pool deck and raised heated spa.The villa is fully air-conditioned and has upgraded furnishings to make your stay even more special and comfortable.
Some of the magnificent features of this guard-gated community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis and volleyball courts as well as a children's playground.
Our enormous clubhouse over-looking the pool will be stocked with billiards tables and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater. And other outdoor recreational activities all surrounding the Double Olympic Size Swimming Pool, which creates a relaxing, playful atmosphere for the entire family!
