Destin West Beach & Bay Resort, located on Okaloosa Island between Destin and Fort Walton Beach, Fl, offers an elite vacation destination like no other along the Emerald Coast. The Destin West Bayside Sandpiper building, built in late 2004, overlooks Choctawhatchee Bay and the lavishly tropical landscaped group of heated pools and spas and a fabulous 700’ lazy river. Vacationers to this condo also have use of the Destin West Gulfside Resort offering additional pools, a kiddie water garden park, and access to 4 secluded miles of sugar white sandy beaches overlooking the emerald green Gulf of Mexico. An elevated walkway has been installed to provide easy cross-over between the bay and beach.
Sandpiper unit 302 has a “superior” rating from the on-site management group. This is the highest rating awarded so our guests can expect tastefully decorated furnishings, very comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an adjoining large bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an adjacent large bath. Bedroom #3 is a bunk room and has a full size bed with a twin bed overhead. The king and queen bedrooms each have a 20” color cable TV with DVD players, phones and alarm clocks. The bunk room has a 13" color cable TV. The living room has a 32” color cable TV, DVD & VCR player, stereo with CD/Cassette player, and a queen sleeper sofa. The furnishings and decor have a tropical theme and are color coordinated throughout. The three bedrooms are carpeted with the remainder of the condo having tile floors. The private patio overlooks the bay, pools, and the lazy river, which is fiber-optic lighted at night to provide a beautiful night-time atmosphere.
Please note this is a Non-Smoking unit with No Pets allowed. This is a strict policy as we must always be mindful of guests with severe allergies. Thanks for your understanding!! Sandpiper 302 is a hearing impaired unit and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.
Destin West Beach & Bay Resort is located away from the busy areas of Destin, yet is highly accessible to upscale factory shops, Destin Commons Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall, world class deep sea fishing charter boats, many exclusive golf courses, and excellent restaurants. A fishing pier, located on the Gulf, is within walking distance. The new Okaloosa County Conference Center is ¼ mile from the resort.
Additional Rate Information
1. A minimum of 3 nights is required. Weekly stays may be required during peak season and holidays. ** Saturday to Saturday rental only. Winter monthly rates: $1445 Jan. 1 to Mar. 14, 2009.
2. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
3. A $350 deposit is required to confirm reservation.
4. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or a new arrival date that are received MORE THAN 30 days prior to your arrival date WILL FORFEIT A minimum of $100 plus tax. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay or new arrival date made WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date WILL FORFEIT THE FULL advance payment or deposit.
5. CANCELLATIONS or changes made WITHIN 30 days of your arrival date for arrivals between May 1 and Sept. 1 will result in an additional 35% charge based on the rental rate plus tax in addition to the advance payment or deposit.
6. A refundable damage deposit is required at check-in.
7. Visa and Mastercard credit cards only. Checks, money orders and cashier checks must be received 14 days prior to check-in.
8. Age requirements: no rentals will be made to vacationing students or singles under the age of twenty five unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
9. Cleaning, processing fee, and 11% sales tax are not included in rental rates.
