You are working directly with the owner and I live only a few minutes away in case a guest needs anything at all.
The Location:
The Fairytale Pool Villa is located in the quiet and friendly subdivision of Indian Ridge Oaks. It is one of the closest communities to Disney. There are many shops, mini golf courses, championship golf courses, restaurants and live concerts near the villa. The home is close to both Interstate 4 and Highway 192.
There are tennis courts, a big playground area for the kids, and a large community swimming pool for the whole family to enjoy.
The Lounge:
The lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas, one is sofa bed. There is a large screen television on cable with a choice of about 140 channels.
Master Suite:
The Master Suite is beautiful! It includes a new king size bed, two lamps, ceiling fan, TV, an alarm clock, a telephone, a walk-in closet, and a shower room.
Double bedroom:
A gorgeous full size bed, a closet, a TV, mirror, 2 lamps, drawer; and ceiling fan.
Twin Bedroom:
Two twin size beds with a Disney theme, lamp, ceiling fan, closet and alarm clock.
Family Bathroom:
All towels provided. Bath shower, toilet and sink.
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with every up to date appliance you could need to make your stay easier;, A Hefty Fridge/freezer with ice-maker, Microwave, Coffee-maker, toaster, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, and all the utensils and pans you will need to make everyone happy.
Dining Room:
Separate Dining room with seating for 6 with a tropical theme.
Double Garage
In the double garage can be found the large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer. No need for coins! The garage is large enough for two cars to be parked in and can be accessed via the family room.
Swimming Pool:
Patio furniture is provided including two loungers, a table with umbrella and eight chairs for sitting.

Deposits
$99/week to reserve it! Rest of balance due on arrival,the $200 security deposit is also due on arrival. I have no problem returning the $200 security deposit before departure.
Cancellation & Return Policy
Just let me know as soon as you know you can't travel.

Ask if you need to use gas heater, is optional. Never a cleaning fees!
