Built in 2004, our luxury 3 bed / 2 bath condo is located in the prestigious Grand Palms Resort, Kissimmee, Florida. It is only three miles from the new Walt Disney World entrance off the new 429 tollway! Our condo comes fully furnished with 1227 square feet of living space. This ground floor end unit is private! Imagine relaxing in your own screened-in lanai overlooking the conservation area. It includes a table, four chairs, and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king bed with a TV, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and two bar stools. The dining room has a beautiful glass table with 6 chairs. The living room includes a sofa bed, love seat, elegant coffee table, TV/VCR, and a ceiling fan. Ceramic tile is in bathrooms, kitchen, and entry way. Our condo uses a lock box at the front door for access to keys. No need for a trip across town to collect them. This handicap accessible condo is smoke and pet free. Local and long distance phone calls to anywhere in the USA are free!! A high-speed internet connection is free!! Cable is also included at no additional charge. You have plenty of fun things to do while staying at Grand Palms Resort. Besides the Disney World theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon, you also have Universal Studios, Wet-n-Wild, Gatorland, and Sea World all minutes away. There is also several dinner shows and fine resturants, a 24hr Super Wallmart, several shops and malls, golfing activities, and much, much moore. About an hour away is Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Bush Gardens. Your family could vacation here every year and never run out of new activities.

Rates in US Funds. I accept visa/mastercard, check or money order (call for address). 3/night minimum for bookings.A $200 deposit is required to reserve. Balance of rent due 30 days prior to travel. Cancellations prior to 30 days of departure will receive full refund. Cancellations within 30 days of departure receive refund less deposit. Please add 13% tax to all rentals and $55 cleaning for stays of 6 nights or less.

There is plenty to do while staying at Grand Palms Resort. About 100 yards away is a brand new exercise room (11/05). Along side it is a community pool with 8 person hot tub. Still a short walk, but away from the noise! In between is the tennis courts, gas BBQ grills with picnic area and a gazebo. You are just a couple blocks off hwy 192 where there is plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery and convenience stores.
There is also golf, mini golf, water parks, diner theaters, go karts, and much more! A guide book is included in the condo for your convenience.
