A large 3 bedroom/2 bath luxury condo with free high speed internet is located 3 miles from Disney in a 4-star resort, Windsor Palms. One hour approximate drive from Daytona Speedway. 2 large master bedrooms with king-sized beds and
both have large walk-in closets and TVs. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. Pull-out sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 8. 2 full baths. 48" Cable Color TV/VCR in living room. Washer and Dryer are in-house. No
smoking or pets. Bassinette, Pack -and -Play, two Strollers, high chair, and Booster Seat are all in-house. All linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils are in-house. Expensive furniture in condo (example - marble dining table).
Windsor Palms has a heated pool, hot-tub, club-house which has free ping-pong (free use of paddles and balls), pool and 54 seat free movie theater (you can request free movies on a first come first
serve basis.). It also has an exercise room. Tennis courts, basketball courts, and volleyball courts are in Windsor Palms with free use of all balls and rackets. The heated-pool, hot-tub, club-
house, and children's playground are just a few steps from the back of my condo. This is an e-mail sent to me by a previous renter: " Hi Tim,
I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo last week.
We had the best vacation and it had a lot to do with your place. The Windsor Palms
is a beautiful community. We enjoyed the pool, club house and tennis courts
tremendously. Your condo is perfectly located for use of all of the
amenities of the community. I was pleasantly surprised when the condo not
only resembled the beautiful pictures you have listed on the internet but was also a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It was perfect for the five of us. Your decorations are gorgeous and the whole place has a very comfortable feel to it. We will definitely be back!" The resort is a short trip from Daytona Beach. If you would like to supplement your trip to the beach by visiting Kissimmee Florida with Disney, Sea World, or Universal, then we have the right place for you. Windsor Palms is a newer 4 star resort with large luxury condominiums that are individually owned. If you checked the
calendar above for availability and found that I was booked then do not despair. The management company has other similar condos at Windsor Palms. Call or email me above. Why only enjoy the beach when
Kissimmee Florida is approximately an hour drive away? Why pay high prices for special event weeks at Daytona when you can take a drive and save a bundle? I always have mixed both the beach with the
amusement capital of the world, Orlando, and have had fantastic vacations. The clubhouse has a 54 seat movie theater inside . You can request from the sundry shop a book of about 120 first rate
movies that you can see on a first come first serve basis for the movie . My condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Many of my renters are two families. They just split the cost. The condo sleeps up to 8 individuals. If you have kids we have a pack and play, bassinette, booster seat, and two strollers to use when you
go to the amusement parks. We are only 1 1/2 miles from Disney. Two of my bedrooms are master bedrooms each with large walk in closets and king sized beds. The third bedroom has two twin beds
