"New built in 2005" Destin West Sandpiper Unit L-203 gives you the best of two worlds "Beach & Bay". Just a few steps to the Sugar White Sandy Beach. The unit is a luxury Condominium over looking the Bay and Inter-Coastal waterway. The unit is furnished and fully equipped. We have added Internet Access just for our Guest!
Unit L-203 has the following:
1. A large Master Bedroom with TV and Private bath.
2. A Bunk room with Private bath
3. The den has a Queen size sofa sleeper, TV, VCR, Stereo System and Breakfast area.
4. The Kitchen is fully equipped.
5. The Deck is large with a table/chairs and lounge.
6. From the deck there are steps that go onto the Lanai where you have a small pvt jetted tub and gas grill. The fenced Lanai opens onto An Oasis of pools (one heated) 2 large hot tubs and 710 ft. Lazy river Lagoon.
The Lagoon of pools and lazy river are opticed lighted at night and there is a large tropical sunbathing area
around the pools.
7. An elevated Bridge over Hwy. 98 connects the bay to the Gulf and gives easy access for our guest. On the gulf side you have a Children's water garden park and large gulf side pool with 4 miles of Private sugar sands Emerald Coast Beach, showers, restrooms, A State of the Art Gymn, and much more!

Sales tax of 11% and cleaning fee of $50.00 are not included. Please call for monthly winter rate quote.
1. Saturday to Saturday is considered a weekly rental
2. Weekly stays may be required during peak seasons
3. A deposit is required to confirm a Reservation
4. A minimum of 3 nights stay required.

6. Age requirements: you must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
