Resort Location & Amenities
Purposely built as a vacation resort community, in a very short while, Terra Verde has become one of the most sought after vacation destinations. Among its most important attributes is the ‘best resort community award’ it received in 2004. Terra Verde is a master planned themed resort residential gated community, featuring mainly exquisite homes and many fun activities abound at the clubhouse.
Resort Location; Terra Verde is located within the Disney Corridor off highway 192 on Poinciana Boulevard, & just 20 miles south of Orlando Florida. Terra Verde is within 3 miles or 10 minutes drive from Disney World! It is a perfectly secluded community to unwind, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of shops, restaurants and activities around the US 192 commercial corridor. Its gated entrance is from Poinciana Blvd. just south of Oren Brown Road (home to a big Wal-Mart store for groceries and other supplies at discount prices – just 5 minutes from the villa) and US 192. Terra Verde enjoys quick, easy access to I-4, Osceola Parkway and the 417 Greenway making Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, shopping, restaurants, international airport and other entertainment just a short drive away. Both coasts, to the east and west, are within a sixty to ninety minute drive. More than ten championship golf courses are within a fifteen-minute drive of Terra Verde. Notes: The above prices do not include taxes (13%) and optional pool heat ($25 per night). A security deposit of $300 is required – refundable within 15 days after departure. No Pets, No smoking. Cleaning Fee: Less than 7 nights = $105. Add the following optional item, if desired: pool heat - $25/night.
Note: We will tentatively reserve your dates and email a rental agreement to you. One fifth (20%) of the rent is due with your signed Reservation Rental Agreement within seven (7) days to be able to secure your reservation. The remainder, plus the $300 security deposit, is due 30 days before check-in. Payments may be made anytime by cash, money order, cashier’s check, travelers check, or certified check. Personal checks are accepted only if you are paying more than thirty (30) days in advance of check-in. A $25.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks. Credit cards may be accepted, but add a 2.5% non-refundable convenience fee.
FROM THE ORLANDO AIRPORT:
Make a right onto the local road. Take “Toll Road” 528 Beeline Expressway West. Continue on this road for 10.7 miles. Merge to I-4 West. Stay on this Interstate for 8.2 miles. Leave I-4 West at Exit “64B”. This exit will take you straight to US-192 West. Continue (West) on US-192 for 7.2 miles. The IPG / Best Western building is located on your left hand side. Look for the Blue/Yellow building opposite Publix supermarket and before the Hwy 27 Bridge. (If you get to Hwy 27, you’ve gone too far).

Check out the Terra Verde Clubhouse (within a short distance from the villa), where you will find a myriad of fun-filled activities available to our guests at no charge. Just ask at the concierge desk. For the young ones, there is a children's playground with loads of equipment and activities including rock climbing wall, slides and other playground equipments. For the adults and more mature kids, there’s the Cyber café, billiard room with large screen TV, and fishing from the bridge at the lake. You can sweat it out at the fitness room, beach volleyball court or basketball half court, and later enjoy a dip at the Olympic-size swimming pool to cool off or relax with your favorite beverage at the outdoor Tiki Hut. Did I mention the sauna? This is also available for your enjoyment. The Clubhouse also has a large meeting room--available for private parties or other formal events.
