Our villa sits on a beautiful secluded and tranquil wooded lot in the gated golf community of Seascape Golf and Tennis Resort. Within walking distance to the wonderful white sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.
Our villa is located on the ground floor, has a covered porch, with swing, overlooking the 17th fairway and the lake. Our villa was remodeled in September of 2004.
Our villa has the following: master bedroom has a private bath with walk in shower, king-size bed, TV and lots of closet space. The second bedroom has twin beds, TV , and uses the hall bath. The living room has a 51 inch wide screen TV with DVD/VCR combo. The sofa pulls out into a plush queen-size sleeper.
The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops and all new appliances. Our kitchen has everything you need to make your short or long term stay with us comfortable. The dining area will seat six people. We also provide a Weber "Little Smokie" grill for your grilling needs.
One of the five pools is directly across the street from our villa with golf and tennis courts only a few steps away. Our villa has outside storage closet for all of your beach chairs and toys! For our boating and RV guests, Seascape offers a storage area that is gated, for your safety, convenience and peace of mind.
We are now booking reservations for "SPRING & SUMMER OF 2007!" This property is still available for "SNOWBIRD" rentals.
