Property Information
Our lovely 4 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located only 10 minutes from Disney's Animal Kingdom and the other parks are only a few minute further. Lake Davenport is just a block away where you can enjoy a sunrise over the lake and watch hot air balloons float by in the early morning. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything you need to call home. You'll love it.

Our large living room, with a very open atmosphere, is very nicely furnished and decorated. Cable TVs and DVD players in all bedrooms and living room make for a great vacation. Plus the kids can enjoy Nintendo 64 (bring your own games).
Our spacious dining area is just off the living room where your family can enjoy nice meals together. You'll be able to save money on food and dining so you'll have more to spend at the attractions.
Just out the back door is your own private swimming pool. This is a very large pool (16x32) so you'll have plenty of room for fun. Our pool has optional dual pool heat, solar and electric heat pump, plus a pool blanket on professional reel so you can enjoy a very nice dip.
We like to go to the parks in the morning and then take a break in the middle of the day and take a swim. Then we are refreshed and ready to do the parks at night.
The bedrooms are theme decorated. The kids will fight over who gets the Mickey Mouse room or the Tigger room!! The adults can fight over the other 2 bedrooms but they will be sure to enjoy them.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances and many small appliance like coffee maker, toaster, food processor, microwave and more.
And don't forget Lake Davenport at Sunrise. Wow, what a picture. So calm and picturesque. The perfect place to unwind, reflect, relax or whatever.
