This economy one-bedroom, one bath unit is perfect for the visitor who wants to be near the "all" and yet prefers to save a buck. Great for the couple who plan to travel around from their base at Lake Havasu...and yet be near the beach and the stores and restaurants...even our famous "Bob's Big Boy" is in walking distance. Cozy living room with TV/VCR, comfortable seating, reclyner and dining table...large and open, fully equipped kitchen, three quarter bath and large master ( with TV, of course). You have your own BBQ, a deep single car garage that is attached to your unit, and possible use of the spa, pool and pool table with the right arrangement.
