Monte Perla Condominiums are beautifully and creatively designed, luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 sq. ft. units overlooking Tamarindo Bay. Spectacular ocean views from every room accentuate these contemporary condos.The oversized free form pool and deck are ideal for swimming laps, tanning, or just relaxing with a good book under the shaded seating area. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's only a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation. It's no wonder Monte Perla is the 'jewel' overlooking Tamarindo! Monte Perla's main room is an open, combination kitchen, dining, and living area that looks out on Tamarindo and the ocean. The kitchen features, granite counterops, custom cabinetry, and a double basin sink with European faucets and applicances. Just off the living area is a lovely terrace and hosting bar from the kitchen. Both bedrooms have private terraces, and A/C. The master bedroom has it's own private bath with designer fixtures and a glass enclosed shower. In addition to the two bedrooms, some of the units have a loft that will accommodate another person, or two children.
