Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifaclly agreed upon in advance with the owner. If renting less than a week there is a 2 night minimum. A non-refudnable security deposit of $200 will donfirm your reservcation. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is refunded 14 days after the departure. The price rates quoted include up to 8 person occupancy. Check in time is on Saturday after 3 pm and check out time is on Saturday on or before 10am for weekly rentals.

Area: We are conveniently located in the middle of Walker, Bemidji and Grand Rapids. There are golf courses, great restaurants and shopping in the surrounding areas. We are 8 miles from Lake Winnebegosh, 2 miles from Leech River and 7 miles from Boy River.
Leech Lake is one of the beggest lakes in Minnesota with over 111,000 acres of water! Boat from Isle Harbor to lake side diing or down to Walker for shopping and entertainement. Go fishing all day or cruise the lake.
Every Wednesday during the summer visit Longville for the famed Turtle Races! Great for kids! Walker is know for its winter Eel Pout Festival and for their Independence Day celebration and summer Moondance Jam!
