This condo is GORGEOUS, YOU'LL BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A NICER CONDO!!From the flat screen TV's in all the rooms to the screened-in deck with an incredible view, you'll wish you could vacation here forever. The living room has a large sectional with two recliners and a sleeper sofa, 42" flat screen, cable, DVD, stereo, fireplace, sun shades, high speed internet modem, and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 37" flat screen, cable, DVD, private bath, walk-in closet, 6' slider which goes out to the screened in deck, sun shades and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, 20" flat screen, cable, DVD, room darkening shade and ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two twin beds, 20" flat screen, cable,room darkening shades and ceiling fans. Both our bathrooms are beautifully decorated, have wall mounted hair dryers and are stocked with 100% cotton towels. There is a full size washer & dryer for your convenience. From the Corian counters, ceramic tile and oak cabinets, you'll wish you had this fully stocked kitchen at your house. There is seating at the table for four and another four at the bar. If you're looking to eat outside, you'll love our screened-in, bug-free, cafe' style deck. There's even a TV on the deck (May-Sep.) along with a Weber gas grill, extra chairs and two ceiling fans. The kids will like all the games, puzzles & books.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $200, WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DEPARTURE PENDING CLEANING/INSPECTION OF CONDO AND RETURN OF ALL KEYS & PARKING PERMITS.
10x24 & 10x30 slips $15/nightly, $84/weekly
NO Refunds for late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, or maintenance issues.
$25.00 Charge for NSF checks.
$50.00 Charge made payable to "Ledges Homeowners Association" for non-return of parking pass.
3 Night minimum stay on Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day & Shootout Weekends.

Missouri State Sales & Lodging Tax of 10.475% will be applied to all condo rental rates. Boat slip, damage deposit, slip rentals, and cleaning fee are not subject to tax.

A complete list of condo/complex rules is located inside the condo. Non-compliance of rules will result in fines which will be deducted from your damage deposit.
