Convenient location in Casa Grande. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping are just a few minutes drive. Chandler is a 25 minute drive and you can be in Tucson in about an hour.

Rates are based on availability and subject to change. Holiday Rates are not included in the above pricing. There will be an additional charge of $50 per person added to the nightly rate for occupancy of more than 6.

Check-in is after 4 pm. Check-out is before 10:00 am.
Smoking is Not allowed inside the home. Smoking is allowed at the rear patio area with proper disposal of smoking materials.
Deposits
A $500 deposit is required at time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. A refundable $300 damage deposit is required at time of arrival (credit card payment only). Any & all loss or damage done to property or it's contents during your stay will automatically be charged to your credit card on file. Any replacements or repairs will be handled ONLY by management. Please report breakage or loss as it happens so that we might take care of it immediately for your comfort & convenience. We will also charge any additional damage or cleaning expenses to your credit card should the charges exceed $300.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an additional cleaning deposit to be determined when you check in.
Refunds
Cancellation prior to 90 days of the date of your arrival - 100% less a $250.00 processing fee if we are able to re-rent the property for the days you reserved at the same rate.
Cancellation within 90 days of your arrival - no refund of deposit money unless we are able to re-book for the dates you have reserved. If we are able to rebook the dates, you will be refunded your deposit less a $500 processing fee.
