This beautiful mountain home is nested in fifteen wooded acres that provide a scenic get away from hectic city life. Remote enough to give you the seclusion you desire, but located only minutes away from downtown Flagstaff.
While staying here, you will never run out of things to do. Whether you prefer shopping in historic, downtown Flagstaff, golfing, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, biking, tennis, or sight-seeing in Sedona, Grand Canyon or the Painted Desert there is an activity to suit every taste. During winter all snow activities are available, including skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, and so on.
This is a "pet-friendly" property, so bring your dog/s! If you like to ride, bring your horse/s. This property has a barn and corrals with everything you need to stable your horse. We have secure small pastures for grazing. this area is rich in great riding areas with lovely trails out the back door. You won't find better riding anywhere in town.
During summer months, nearby Ft. Tuthill/Fairgrounds is in full swing with concerts, festivals, antique shows, beer-tasting, horse shows, rodeos, and so on. The Coconono Fair opens the last weekend in August.
Right now, ski season is in full swing! Snow Bowl is 100% open. We also have plenty of snow on the property so bring sleds, cross-country skiis, and snowshoes.
