It is approximately 1,100 square feet and is a fully furnished ground floor unit with a one car garage suitable for a standard car. There is plenty of parking nearby for SUVs. The unit has a large patio running the full length of the unit right on the water where you can enjoy awesome Arizona sunsets reflecting over the water. The master bedroom suite offers a king-sized bed and tub/shower and views of the water and golf course. The second bedroom is small but contains a daybed with trundle - (twin size). Washer and dryer are provided. Just bring your suitcase and you're set! Internet hook-up for your laptop is provided, also. The community is gated, offers a heated pool and spa, walking trails and bbq near the clubhouse. Perfect for interum property for relocation, vacation and winter visitors. $100.00 cleaning fee Security deposit is refundable when the unit is left as it was upon arrival 50% of rental rate due with contract to hold unit 50% due 30 days prior to contract dates Refunds: Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. If the unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, the deposit will be refunded. All fees are in US Dollars except the deposit will be refunded less $100 for administrative fee.
