Rates are for the unit - with up to 4 guests at a time.
$100.00 cleaning fee Security deposit is refundable when the unit is left as it was upon arrival 50% of rental rate due with contract to hold unit 50% due 30 days prior to contract dates Refunds: Cancellation must be made 30 days prior to arrival date or deposit is forfeited. If the unit is re-rented for the cancelled time period, the deposit will be refunded. All fees are in US Dollars except the deposit will be refunded less $100 for administrative fee.
