Located in a 3-floor historic building on Franklin St, this condo offers a large private deck, with gas grill, featuring views of the bay & of the charming neighborhood. Walk through slider doors to find a fully equipped kitchen, with dining area. Ample cookware, dishwasher, and all the modern conveniences, provide for a comfortable dining experience, indoors or alfresco. Just off to the left is a nicely decorated living area. Here you will find a TV, DVD, VCR, & stereo system. AC units are located in the bedrooms, and living areas. Each bedroom is furnished with queen beds, and dressers. Quality linens, and beach towels are provided. The building offers coin operated laundry located in the basement.
