With decorations and fabrics in the Florida 'beach style' you're sure to be comfortable and relaxed. when you're ready to venture out its only a few steps to the beautiful white-sand beaches and just across the street to world-famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. After a busy day on the beach you can relax on the patio or soak in the hot tub, surrounded by lush, tropical foliage.
Inside you will find a newly renovated beach cottage with finishwork that makes a 'beachy' statement. From the white washed, beaded-board walls, custom moldings, custom marble showers, to the beautiful - huge - kitchen, you will find the Cottage by the Pass has everything you need to make your vacation stay convenient and comfortable. No corners have been cut here - high quality linens, brand new appliances, wireless internet service, eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen is the gathering place of the Cottage by the Pass, it sheer size allows it to be the hub of activity. The kitchen was designed so that the person preparing the meals can still be part of the action.
Our location is ideal. Directly across the street from all of the activities offered at John's Pass Village and Boardwalk. We are also just a few steps away from the white sand beach and where you can gaze over the open waters of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.

We spent our 25th anniversay here. The cottage was just what we needed. Owners keep it very clean and it has everything you need. We used the hot tub and loved the deck. We are already planning to return next year. You do not need to rent a car just hop on the shuttle but buy an all day pass for 3.50, Johns pass has everything to satisfy your shopping for gifts to take home. But does not have a grocery store close by. I would highly recommend this for a romantic getaway with a 1 minute walk to the beach. Only access to this cottage is up stairs so if you have bad knees look into the down stairs unit its just as nice.

What a great place to relax! Clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, it had everything we needed including beach towels, sand chairs, and a cooler!! The deck, (which is half shaded) was perfect for small meals or just relaxing after a day at the beach, sightseeing, or shopping. There is so much to do in the area and everything is so close!We recommend this property to any couple looking to get away and rejuvenate!

A fantastic place to stay with everything you need across the street , the deck is awesome and we spend most of our time on the deck when we are home. This is our home away from home. The owners are the greatest.
