Seascape resort, Boardwalk townhomes, with updated Hemingway Décor. The unit is on the ground floor in a small building, with no stairs to climb. Park right by the entrance. The master bedroom hosts a king size bed, television and VCR. There is a full large size bathroom in the hall, with entrance from Master Bedroom also. Plenty of nice linens are provided.
New tile runs the entire living area. A sleeper sofa with large television, VCR and stereo, is available for your use. There is a wonderful screened-in porch off of the living area, with spectacular views of lake and sunsets. Eat out on the porch for a delightful dinner.
Other features include a large capacity stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, fully stocked kitchen, dishes, cookware, electric can opener, blender, coffee maker and full size refrigerator, two telephones, bar for dining, dinette set, and open floor plan.
The pool is just a few steps away from the front entrance of unit. The Boardwalk is across the lake to the gulf. Lush landscape surrounds the common areas.
