(unit is up a slight hill with no road noise) This beautiful a/c Condo is only 7 yrs old and has all you need for a relaxing stay with weekly light housekeeping included. It is centrally located only a mile from the center of quaint Kailua-Kona on the sunny side of the island. The area offers a variety of activities including ocean front dining, great snorkeling/diving/boogie boarding/surfing, ocean activities, golf, movie theaters, star gazing, sightseeing, museums, coffee farm tours and shops. The Big Island is very diverse offering a variety of scenic drives through tropical rain forests, waterfalls, snow capped mountain tops, Parker Ranch, breath taking Waipi'o Valley, lava fields and Volcano National Park.

45 days before the reserved dates. If a cancellation occurs within forty five (45) days of the reserved dates, Owner will return the security deposit but keep the rent and tax unless the unit is subsequently rented for the reserved dates. If the unit is subsequently rented during the paid-for period and reserved dates, Owner will refund an amount equal to the security deposit, rent and paid taxes up to the amount of the subsequent rent.

Second bedroom can be used as an office and has a desk and high speed Internet at no extra charge. Master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean and Hawaii sunsets. It also has a second TV and DVD. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Light housekeeping is provided weekly for vacuuming, dusting, cleaning the bathrooms, mop floors and sweep the lanais. If arranged in advanced housekeeper will do extra for $25.00/hr. TV is equipped with TIVO, VHS and DVD. Living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The lanai is large and has a patio table and umbrella for peaceful outdoor dining with an ocean view and Hawaiian sunsets.

Kailua-Kona is located on the sunny side of the Big Island on the ocean. Our unit in Kona Sea Ridge is about one mile from quaint down town and close to shops, waterfront dining, great beaches for a relaxing day on the beach, snorkeling, diving, boogie boarding, surfing and other water activities. The Condominium complex is only five years old and is across the street from the ocean. The beaches and water activites are awesome. Within driving distance are many sight-seeing activities such as Volcano National Park, The Place of Refuge, white, black and green sand beaches, reefs, ruins, waterfalls, hiking, horseback riding, ATV rides, botanical gardens, rain forests, star gazing, and many other fun activities. Through out the year the area offers many events, craft and Hula lessons, cultural festivals and Luaus.
Beaches: Within walking distance are beautiful spots for a relaxing day on the beach, under a palm tree. Kahaluu Beach Park , only 4 miles away, is fantastic for snorkeling and swimming with the Green Sea Turtles. You can buy lunch or rent gear on the beach or just relax and read a book. Magic Sands Beach is only five minutes away and has great waves for boogie boarding and surfing. Forty minutes south is a great snorkeling spot near the National Park, The Place of Refuge at Honaunau Bay. Dolphins often visit this bay and you can see them swim while snorkeling or diving. It's amazing to watch them swim below you. Also within driving distance you can visit beautiful white sand, black sand or green sand beaches. If beautiful resort beaches are your pleasure you can drive north for some amazing beaches. All beaches have public access in Hawaii
Island Information: Hawaii Revealed is a great book for further tourist information, activities, dining and maps. You can also check out 101thingstodo.com for those who like lots of sight seeing and activities on vacation. Feel free to call or e-mail owner if you want any of their favorite spots or activities.
Golf: Can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). There are more than 10 golf course(s) nearby. The Kona Country Club golf course has two championship courses; the Ocean Course and the Mountain Course. There is a pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. This golf club is approximately five miles from the condo. The Big Island Country Club has a challenging Pete Dye course and is located approximately a twenty minute drive from Kona. There are 16 public golf courses within a 50 mile radius.
Other Activities: Star gazing, waterfront dining, helicopter tours, kayaking, canoeing, farmers markets, craft and Hula lessons.
