Full payment for rental is required no later than 30 days prior to arrival date. If paying by credit card, your card will be automatically charged at this time unless other arrangements are made. If payment is not received, your reservation will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
A $335 deposit is required at the time of reservation of which $85 is a processing fee. A credit card number must be given for all reservations to act as a security deposit. This credit card number will be charged if items are stolen &/or damaged.
All cancellations must be received in writing and are subject to the following penalties: 45 – 31 days or more before arrival date = $335 non-refundable deposit. 30 days or less before arrival date = 100% cancellation charge

We spent 4 days at the Polynesian which was very nice, but what a wonderful change when we moved over to this condo for our last 3 days. Lots of room, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, great kitchen and an easy drive to Disney. We will definitely rent from Ed again. We highly recommend this condo. My kids and I stayed at Ed's condo in November. The pictures were great but was even nicer in person. Everything was there that we needed. Very clean and nice furniture and even games for my kids. The neighborhood is very nice and very easy to get to all the parks! WE are coming back this coming November and I will be coming back to this condo!
