Tropical surroundings are waiting to greet you at the SUNRAY. This lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath house with private 27X13 ft. pool, offers all the comforts of home.
Enjoy the sugar white beaches and emerald waters just a block away or plan the family cookout on your large 12X18 deck overlooking the private pool. Or for the "social butterflys" in your group, walk
across the court to the enormous community pool(heated in winter months). You'll also want to take advantage of the 2 tennis courts and sand volleyball pit.
So if you try to remember when the last time you truly relaxed on a family vacation and "never" comes to mind, perhaps you should consider the SUNRAY - where you can be as lazy as the sun and free as the sea!

Tax: 11% Florida Tax
Golf Cart: $200 per week
Deposit: 50% of total rent is due to secure home.
Balance of rent, tax and damage deposit must be paid 30 days prior to check-in day.
Damage Deposit: $500 Damage Deposit is refunded Wednesday after check-out if home is left in order.
Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal are accepted. There is a 3% charge on credit card payments.

( p.s. We did not use the pool or the grill, but we wiped the bottom grill portion down anyway)

Our family enjoyed our stay here at the Sunray! The accomodations were wonderful. This home provided us the oppertunity to enjoy each others company before our soldier goes back to Iraq next week.
