WONDERFUL & SPACIOUS (5 BEDROOMS plus 2 BUNKROOMS), COMFORTABLE, AND WELL-EQUIPPED, Chateau Margo offers two Master balconies with great views of the Gulf of Mexico on both sides. House is at the beach. You can see and hear the waves from our home. Both Master Bedrooms(one with fireplace) have a king-size bed with garden tub in master bath and one has an adjoining bunkroom. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds and a fold-out queen-size sofa. Downstairs apt. sleeps 6.
The main living area features a full-size gourmet kitchen and dining area with double glass doors leading to the main deck. The downstairs apartment offers a king-size day bed, queen sofabed, separate bunkroom, complete kitchen, dining area, and large patio that runs the full lenght of the house. Rental features TV, VCR, stereo, DVD's and wirless internet throughout.
POOL and BEACH ACCESS - Just a few steps(across from the house) from private community heated pool, tennis courts, club house, sauna, and private beach entrance to enjoy a SUNSET or Soak up some RAYS! Sand volleyball pit next to the heated pool.
CHATEAU MARGO sleeps fourteen in beds and four in sleeper sofas, offers two complete kitchens that are fully equipped and large deck facing west to enjoy the sunset or cook a steak. Awesome view of the Gulf of Mexico from either master private balcony.You do not need a car or golf cart to get to the beach because we are at the beach!! Home is very private, houses on either side of us are not rentals so you will not hear a party at 12 at night. We have a GREAT location in walking distance of the Crab Trap on the beach road. Rental for golf carts, bikes and elec. cars one block away.
You will marvel at the decor and the many extras. It has all the bells and whistles you would expect in a luxury home. High end furnishings by Tommy Bahama, Lane, and Hooker. Steirs and Foster mattresses on both master king beds with designer linen.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Rates are for 12 or less, add $100 per person after 12
* NO SMOKING
* One half reservation deposit, plus $500 damage deposit (refundable within 30 days of satisfactory check-out) are due within three days of reservation.
* Remainder plus 10% Florida Tax are due before occupancy in cash, travelers check, money order, or cashiers check. No personal checks will be accepted on arrival day!!!

Sleep 14 in beds, plus two bunk rooms and two sleeper sofas for a total of 18. The 2 masters are 20 x 20 very large and spacious. One has a fire place in bedroom. You can see and hear the waves from the master bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a deck off of them except one. Many extras in bedrooms, chase, armor, chester drawers, chairs and ottomans. Downstairs apt. has a king day bed and bunk beds and a queen sofa sleeper Chateau Margo is right at the beach no need for a car or golf cart because it is at the beach. There is a large pool right across from the house with sand volley ball court and tennis courts.
2 full kitchens; 2 refrigerators. Nice gas grill on large deck off the 2nd floor. We provide many extras in the house. You can see and hear the waves from the house. We are right at the beach. The house is full of extras. Fine furnishings by Tommy Bahama. Lane and Hooker. Steirs and Foster mattresses in both masters and designer linens. This really was a stunning property to visit. It was beatifully decorated and obviously proffessionally done as everything flowed well from one room to the other, the pictures really don't do the place justice and when we got there we were thrilled with the choice. Its in a beautiful section of town, surrounded by other $1M+ homes, we felt very safe and comfortable. The local pool was relaxing and usually we had it to ourselves. There were a few places to eat within a short walk, and numerous places to eat and shop in a 10 minute drive. There were 3 couples and 3 children that stayed at the house, and the layout of the house was perfect for us. The two master bedrooms were huge so everyone felt they had privacy. The living area and kitchen area flowed well and was large enough for everyone to congregate and have a wonderful time. The downstairs apartment was also very nice and fit our needs. The children loved the bunkrooms with the bunkbeds, but they really are just walk in closets that are big enough to fit bunkbeds. It makes a lot of sense because vacationers need more beds than walk in closet space, but whoever stays in the bunkrooms needs to be comfortable with the people in the master bedroom. The owner gave us good communication, but we never saw the property manager who was somewhat difficult to get a hold of and wasn't available to ever meet us. The kitchen was beautiful, but for being called gourmet the pots and pans available were virtually unusable. We ended up buying a pan to cook meals. On the plus side there were plenty of glasses and silverware. The other comment I had was there was no diswashing liquid or trash bags. Later I looked up on the website and it was mentioned they did not provide these items. It did take some of the shine off the vacation the three times I went to the grocery store to get dishwahing detergent, then trash bags, then a pan. Overall it really was a beautiful home in a beautiful area and I would recommend it to others.
