Property Information
This newer Lake Havasu City Vacation Rental home with a swimming pool is located in the quiet south end of town and yet only 15 minutes from popular boat launch ramps. There is ample parking for boats, RV's (with hook ups), cars, etc. along the side of the house.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks, an open shower, and an over-sized bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the den features a full-size futon and a single-size futon. In addition there are two full-size air mattresses available to use.
There are lake views from both the front and rear yards along with views of the local mountains. The swimming pool has a cover and a gas heater allowing it to be heated during the cooler winter months (AT RENTER'S EXPENSE).
