The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feelWithin the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides. Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station. This lovely 4 bedroom home features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom as well as an additional 2 family bathrooms. The house provides a nice furniture package and features a comfortable sitting room situated around the family TV and backs to a dining room. There is a good sized kitchen which provides all of your every day needs such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full cooker. There is a laundry room and the house id fully air conditioned.To the back of the house you will find your own pool on a furnished deck. The deck is very sunny and provides the perfect spot for topping up your tan. The pool is very inviting and can be heated and the deck is furnished for your comfort. This is the perfect spot for relaxing after a busy day park hopping or perhaps a dip to cool down. Whatever you like to get from your holiday you are sure not to be disappointed by choosing this house as it will provide all of your families needs and more. A welcoming haven.
