Property Information
Destin West Beach and Bay Resort was completed in June, 2006, and has quickly become a family vacation destination. The condo is located on the 5th floor of the Heron Building with a breathtaking 15 mile view of Choctawatche Bay and overlooks the optical lighted 710' Lazy River Lagoon - which has tropical landscaped grounds around four pools - one pool has a waterfall. Beautiful lounging areas for tanning with tables,chairs & Umbrellas. There are two large in ground spa hot tubs and a private pool just for Heron guests. You can view dolphins in the bay and witness a beautiful sunrise directly from the large patio.
A crossover bridge in front of the Heron building takes you to 4 miles of Gulf white sanded and private beaches. The Gulf side also has another largeGulf Side pool and a Children's Water Garden Playground.
On the gukf side you also have a State of the Art Fitness Center, Showers, Restrooms and much more.
