It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. Guests receive free access to the 2 spas and Owner golf rates of only $41 including cart with the purchase of a $100 Rec Card per person. Golf Cart may be available for $200/month. (Optional) The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a Queen bed in the master suite, and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Bundled Cox cable TV, Phone and Free High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bring your notebook computer). We are located in Sun City Grand, Del Webb's Premier Retirement Community in Surprise, AZ. It's just five minutes to the Surprise stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers. And it's less than 15 minutes to Peoria stadium for the Seattle Mariners and the San Diego Padres.
