It's just 5 minutes to Surprise stadium-Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers. And it's 15 minutes to Peoria stadium-Seattle Mariners and San Diego Padres. The home features a large open-space kitchen, a dining room, and a great room. There's a king-size bed in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the living room. Free High-Speed Wireless Internet (Bring your notebook). GEM Golf Cart available for $200/month. Professional Putting and Chipping Green in back yard. Fully equipped Kitchen. We are located in Sun City Grand, Del Webb's Premier Retirement Community in Surprise, AZ. It's just five minutes to the new Surprise stadium for the Kansas City Royals and the Texas Rangers.
