Upon entering the home, you are greeted by beautiful views of the ocean and a large open living area complete with a dining room table that can accommodate 14 guests. The spacious fully-equipped kitchen will inspire the gourmet in you. Top all this off with a 50" plasma TV and you are in heaven!
Located on this level is the first master bedroom. This master suite is furnished with a king size bed, a large private bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and separate water closet, a 42" plasma TV with DVD player, and access to the oceanfront deck. There also is a 2nd bedroom on this level that is furnished with a king size bed, a private bath with a tub/shower combination, a flat screen TV with DVD player and a Romeo-and-Juliet balcony overlooking Dune Lane. The 3rd bedroom on this floor features 2 twin beds, a plush sofa, a flat screen TV with DVD player, a full bath with tub/shower combination and access to the oceanfront deck.
Up the stairs to the second floor, you will find a large and inviting family room. There is a wide balcony off of this living area that has sweeping views of the ocean! This airy and open space is equipped with a wet bar (complete with a sink and a fridge), large comfy sofas and a game table for those lazy afternoons! There is also a half bath in the hallway adjoining this room.
There are 4 additional bedrooms located on this floor. The home's second master suite is furnished with a king size bed, a large bath with a jacuzzi tub, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The 2nd king bedroom on this floor features a private bath, a flat screen TV with DVD player, and a beautiful secluded treetop view. The 3rd bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, a luxurious private bath with jacuzzi and rain shower, a flat-screen TV with DVD player, and access to the oceanfront balcony. The 4th bedroom is furnished with 2 twins, a private bath with tub/shower combo, and a flat screen TV with DVD player.
The private pool* area is perfect for the sun seekers and the shade lovers alike! Part of the pool is covered allowing some respite from the sun and there is a jacuzzi also. The pool deck is furnished with a bar area and an outside shower.
*Free pool heat available March-October for 7 night Saturday to Saturday reservations.
November-February pool heat available at an additional cost.
