Property Information
I am renting a house located in Astor, Florida. The house is on a canal two lots away from the St. Johns River with a dock and boat house. The St. Johns River is known for its great fishing, crystal clear springs and 310 miles of pristine scenery with something different around every river bend. Astor is located in the Ocala National Forest which has many activities such as hunting, hiking, and trails for bicycles, horses and off road vehicles. There is even a Ghost town in the forest. Astor is a short ride to Silver Springs Amusement Park, only 32 miles from Daytona International Speedway and 50 miles from Orlando. Astor has a population of 2,543 with a grocery store, hardware store, gas station, marina, post office, library, bank and many restaurants. The house has two bedroom and two full bathrooms . Also included are a washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. The house is fully furnished with cooking utensils, towels and linens.
